JEDEC Announces 25th Annual Reliability of Compound Semiconductors (ROCS) Workshop is Moving to MANTECH

JEDEC Solid State Technology Association, the global leader in the development of standards for the microelectronics industry, announces that the 25th annual ROCS Workshop will now be held one day before the MANTECH Conference, with the objective of bringing together researchers, manufacturers and users of compound semiconductor devices.
ROCS will highlight papers presenting the latest results and new developments in all phases of compound semiconductor reliability, which will be presented in four sessions by authors from groups in the US, Europe and Asia.
ROCS 2010 will offer a special focus on the reliability of Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices, which are drawing increasing attention due to their usefulness in a wide range of applications, from solar and LEDs to RF and diode devices. Ample time for discussion and questions is planned.
Monday, May 17, 2010 – onsite registration starts at 7:30AM
