By using any JEDEC PartModel you agree that JEDEC has no responsibility to you or any other person for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information in the PartModel.

All JEDEC PartModels are owned and maintained by JEDEC Solid State Technology Association. Under no circumstances is JEDEC responsible for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in any information in any JEDEC PartModel, or for any loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any information contained in any JEDEC PartModel.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All content, text, images, data, information and other material in any JEDEC PartModel (“Content”), including any intellectual property rights in such Content (including without limitation trademarks and copyrights), are the property of JEDEC, or the designated owners or licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF ANY JEDEC PARTMODEL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS.

JEDEC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JEDEC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT JEDEC PARTMODELS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR BE ERROR FREE; NOR DOES JEDEC MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF ANY JEDEC PARTMODEL OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH A JEDEC PARTMODEL OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE CONTENT WILL BE CORRECTED.

JEDEC, AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS JEDEC PARTMODEL OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASE OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE USE OF THIS JEDEC PARTMODEL INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF JEDEC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Laws
These Terms and Conditions and your use of any JEDEC PartModel are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without respect to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to use of a JEDEC PartModel. You further agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of any JEDEC PartModel or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

No Waiver
No waiver of any of the Terms and Conditions shall be considered a further waiver of any other term or condition.

Your Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are a legally enforceable contract between you and JEDEC with respect to the use of any JEDEC PartModel. By using a JEDEC PartModel, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 

JEDEC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
