Important Notice: JEDEC Guest Room Blocks

• The convenience and cost-benefit of guest room blocks for JEDEC meetings are intended to support JEDEC members attending the meeting.
• When JEDEC contracts with hotels, the number of guest rooms in the JEDEC block is negotiated with the hotel and is limited by the committee’s historical guest room pickup. JEDEC must pay for unused guest rooms in the JEDEC block.
• To ensure JEDEC members can obtain accommodations in JEDEC guest room blocks, the Board of Directors asks that members please reserve  only one guest room for their own personal use.
• Members should not book on behalf of others and should not share the reservation information with non-members.
• JEDEC staff works with hotels to audit guest room reservation lists on a regular basis. 

JEDEC Rates:
single - 1 person: Deluxe Room NT$4,736, includes 1 breakfast (appx $146.00 US)
double - 2 people: Deluxe room NT$5,371, includes 2 breakfasts (appx $165.00 US)
Cut off Date: March 31, 2025

1. Select your travel dates from May 29-June 7, 2025 (room selection based on inventory and availablity)
