How to Pre-Register:

Workshop Registration = $150 (Advance IEEE/JEDEC Members)  $175 (Advance General Admission) or $200 (On-Site Registration).
You can NOT register interactively on-line with the ROCS Workshop yet.  
However, you can send your credit card information via e-mail or FAX.  Or you can print the following form and send it with your check or credit card information to pre-register. The mailing address is shown on the form. To pre-register, please print-out, complete and send the form below.  You will save $50 compared to the on-site registration.

Pre-Registration forms must be received by October 1, 2007.
Registration includes a full day of GaAs Reliability Presentations,  a copy of the Digest of Papers, a Luncheon, and two breaks.
