How to Pre-Register:

Workshop Registration = $175 (Advance JEDEC Members) $200 (Advance General Admission) or $225 (On-Site Registration).
You can NOT register interactively on-line with the ROCS Workshop yet.
However, you can send your credit card info or check to pre-register. The mailing address is shown on the form.
To pre-register, please print-out, complete and send the form below. You will save $50 compared to the on-site registration.

Pre-Registration forms must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the Workshop.
Registration includes a full day of Reliability Presentations, a copy of the Digest of Papers, a Luncheon, and two breaks.
